E1 weight sets in high-quality boxes
Mass standards – class E1. The highly polished surface has an average roughness depth of 0.5 µm. For calibration and adjustment of high-resolution scales (with d > 1,000,000). As test equipment for calibration purposes and in QM systems (e.g. ISO 9000 ff, only in conjunction with the calibration certificate).
Class E1 weight standards are used to calibrate weights of class E2 (as well as F and M classes) according to OIML R111 and E08.
The weights are stored in high-quality aluminium cases and can therefore be transported comfortably and safely.
Features of E1 mass standards
- OIML class: E1
- Complies with the R111:2004 directive for weights
- Nominal value: 1 mg ~ 500 mg | 1mg ~ 5,000 g
- Type of construction: Button shape with optimal grip on the head
- Incl. container: Padded aluminium case
- Includes gloves, tweezers and cloth for cleaning
- Optional: DAkkS test certificate – A calibration certificate must always be issued for class E weights.
Price list – E1 single weights made of stainless steel
For weights to be considered ISO 9000ff-compliant testing equipment, their accuracy must be proven. This can be done with a suitable DAkkS calibration certificate, which you can order from us accordingly.
A calibration certificate must always be issued for class E weights.

*In accordance with OIML:R111, a volume determination is carried out for weights of class E1 (≥ 1 g). In case of a recalibration, this is no longer necessary.
These high-precision weight standards are protected in robust, padded aluminium cases.
