Our completely newly-equipped, ultra-modern calibration laboratory has all the facilities required and uses the latest state-of-the-art technology. It complies with the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and is accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) (Registration no. D-K-21136-01-00). High-precision mass comparators from Sartorius enable scales and test weights to be calibrated to DAkkS standards as well as factory calibration certificates for ISO to be issued. GraviCal can also recalibrate weights from the classes E2 – M1.

In addition, we at GraviCal offer a comprehensive range of services for our customers. Together with you, we define and document test and calibration routines or draw up and check your standard operating procedures (SOP). Together we also define the correct test and calibration intervals and define the maximum permissible measurement deviations during testing/calibration. This results in warning and intervention limits and the measures to be taken if these are exceeded.
Active assistance for our customers
We maintain a database for our customers in which we take over their testing equipment management for scales and test weights. There we record new testing equipment if required and get rid of the old ones. The calibration results of the testing equipment are archived and users are advised about condition and usability. GraviCal reminds you of deadlines and disables due or overdue test equipment. In this way, you’re always on the safe side.
