When ordering the DakkS calibration, the delivery time increases by approx. 2 - 6 working days (for DakkS calibrations of accuracy class E um approx. 20 - 25 working days)
DAkkS calibrated weights cannot be exchanged or returned.
Individual weights – Mass standards – Class E1
Mass standards – class E1. Made of polished stainless steel. Suitable for high-precision comparison measurements on mass comparators and for quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001ff for scales with a scale interval > 1 000 000 according to DIN EN ISO 9001. For testing, calibration and adjustment of high-resolution analytical scales. Especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Class F2 weights are calibrated and officially verified using these weights.
For E1 weights (according to OIML:R111), the volume is also determined during initial calibration.
E class weights must always be stored in a container. Therefore we deliver them packed in a robust, well-padded aluminium box for comfortable transportation.
Available in weight values from 1 g to 20,000 g.
Features of E1 mass standards

- Complies with the R111:2004 directive for weights
- Nominal value: 1 g – 50,000 g
- Type of construction: Button shape with optimal grip on the head
- Container: Padded aluminium case
- Optional: DAkkS test certificate – A calibration certificate must always be issued for class E weights.
Note on storing weights of classes E and F
Please note that individual weights and weight sets must be stored protected against wear or damage caused by impacts or shocks in accordance with DIN 8127-2007-11-OIML R 111-12004 (Chapter 14.2.1). This ensures that the precision and accuracy of the weights is maintained in the long term.
Due to the very precise weight class, we strongly recommend a case for this weight.
